Mediation Services

When serving as a mediator, Ritter Governance Advisory acts as a neutral facilitator.

The mediator:

  • Does not provide legal advice.

  • Does not represent any participant.

  • Does not decide the outcome of a dispute.

  • Does not advocate for any party.

Participation in mediation does not guarantee that an agreement will be reached.

No Professional Relationship Created by Website Use

Submitting a contact form, scheduling request, governance inquiry, mediation inquiry, email, or other communication through this website does not create:

  • an attorney-client relationship,

  • a governance advisory relationship,

  • a mediator relationship,
